- Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls to appropriate departments
- Provide information and assistance to visitors and callers
- Perform basic administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
- Assist with data collection and entry into systems or databases
- Maintain a clean and organized Front Desk area
- Help with office duties, stock water, coffee etc..
```Requirements```
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in computerized systems, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Previous experience in an office is preferred
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
