Job Description:
Serve as a Receptionist, greeting clients when they arrive for meetings and answering phones. A professional and client focused attitude is key for success in this role.
Responsibilities:
- Answer Phones
- Greet Clients
- Prepare for Client conversation
- Conference room scheduling & organizing
- Reception area and Conference room appearance
- Outgoing mail & packages
- Incoming mail & check logs
- Assist in marketing projects
- Client birthday cards
- Office supply ordering
- Snack and kitchen ordering
- Maintain cleanliness of office
Key Traits of a successful Receptionist:
- Direct attention to detail and organization
- Effective communication with clients and other advisors/staff
- Effective and efficient time management
- Polite and clear phone manner
- Ability to adhere to rules and regulations as stated and required by Advisor and FIRA
- Positive attitude and sincere willingness to constantly learn and grow
- Ability to be professional at all time
Qualifications:
- 1+ years of similar experience preferred but not necessary
Salary and Benefits:
- Compensation: Salaried position; competitive compensation
