Front Desk Receptionist/Customer Service Representative

Sun Control of Minnesota specializes in window film solutions for residential and commercial properties, as well as automotive tint and paint protection film. We are currently looking for a Front Desk Receptionist / Customer Service Representative to join our team and contribute to our mission of providing top-notch service to our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
• Answer incoming calls and schedule automotive window tint leads for our installers.
• Handle customer inquiries related to window film products and services.
• Transfer calls to the appropriate representatives based on customer needs.
• Process orders, payments, and maintain accurate records.
• Collaborate with the sales and installation teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
• Assist in maintaining a clean and organized reception area.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven experience in customer service or a related role.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficient in Google Calendar & Quickbooks
• Attention to detail and accuracy.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a Front Desk or receptionist role.
• Familiarity with window film, automotive tint, or paint protection film.
• Knowledge of scheduling systems and customer relationship management (CRM) software.

Additional Information:

• No cold calling; all leads are generated through calls and lead forms.
• Focus on scheduling automotive window tint leads for installers.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
