Front Desk Receptionist

Northland Fence is in search of a Front Desk Receptionist for our Ramsey location.

Northland Fence is a family-owned business servicing the Twin Cities and surrounding suburbs. We want to add an ambitious, motivated, and dependable administrative assistant to help grow our business. You will be working on scheduling appointments and informing customers about our products and services. You are the customer’s first point of contact, so you must make an excellent first impression!

• Give basic information to customers regarding the fences we install.
• Assists with contacting new leads
• Answering incoming calls
• Maintain and coordinate schedules, appointments, and calendars
• Basic data entry
• Greet visitors.
• Exceptional customer service skills via phone, e-mail, and in-person with our customers and internal departments.
• Perform other related duties as required.

Preferred Skills:

• Proven experience as an administrative assistant
• Ability to enter data efficiently, timely, and correctly in order to meet deadlines.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to organize and create orderly systems
• Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Drive, calendar, and Excel
• Demonstrated ability to effectively prioritize multiple work assignments; function from broad sets of work instructions and is detail-oriented.

Education and Experience:

• High School diploma or equivalent education is required.
• 2+ years of experience in an Administrative Assistant role is preferred

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
