Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
Answer and direct incoming calls promptly and efficiently.
Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
Assist with scheduling appointments and managing conference room reservations.
Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
Provide general administrative support to various departments as needed.
Assist with special projects and tasks assigned by management.
Uphold confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth office operations.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 2:00 PM
Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Professional demeanor and appearance.
Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role preferred but not required.
Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification is a plus.
