Front Desk Receptionist

```Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Front Desk Receptionist to join our chiropractic team. As the first point of contact for our clinic, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth office operations. If you have excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome patients in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls as necessary
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
- Maintain an organized reception area and ensure it is clean and presentable at all times. -- Light cleaning in the office.
- Schedule appointments and collect payments from patients
- Assist with office management tasks such as ordering supplies and coordinating maintenance requests
- Perform clerical duties such as scanning, uploading documents, faxing, mailings and data entry
- Utilize Google Suite to create documents, spreadsheets

- Post marketing pieces on social media
- Provide support to billing department and massage therapy.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role is preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in using phone systems and office equipment
- Strong computer literacy with knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with Google Suite is a plus
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Previous experience as a medical receptionist is desirable but not required
- Professional appearance and demeanor

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38 – 40 per week
