Front Desk Receptionist

Entry level position as a Front Desk Receptionist for a small insurance company. Responsibilities include processing of taking calls from insureds, providers, clients and others. Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, and experience with customer service. Previous experience as receptionist is not necessary, but a plus. Proficiency in Spanish language is also a plus. Travel for position is not required, and all work is done in downtown Stillwater office. We are looking for someone who is willing to be trained and looking to work at a family business that recognizes work/life balance.

We are the customer service leader in the student accident insurance marketplace.

Student Assurance Services was started in 1971, and is located in downtown Stillwater, MN. We specialize in student accident insurance through underwriting, marketing, and administering these plans. These plans are sold to school districts primarily in the Midwest and South East of the United States. The coverage extends to accidents like football injuries, shop class accidents, and other injuries of this manner. We are a market leader in this industry, and have been recognized for our focus on the customer. This has allowed us to carve out a market niche and continue to be successful in the industry.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 4 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Microsoft Office: 1 year (Preferred)
• Customer service: 1 year (Required)
