Full Job Description:

Busy Chiropractic and wellness clinic in the Minnesota / Wisconsin area looking for an extroverted front desk assistant to help us change lives in our practice. This role will fit best for an individual who is energetic, encouraging, positive, loves to host events and a promoter of health and chiropractic. If you fit this definition and love people, this could be the job for you! Responsibilities include both administrative and patient care duties. Must meet the physical requirements of standing, lifting, bending, assisting practice members with therapies, and keeping up in a fast-paced work environment. You will be the first face to greet and serve our guests. The job is balanced with serving, talking, and focusing on our practice members during office hours, and working on tasks during the "down time."

As a Chiropractic Assistant, your role would include the following:

· Working at the desk and with practice members during adjusting hours

· Managing practice members and schedules

· Skills of Microsoft Word, Excel, Google Docs required. We will train you on Chiropractic software.

· Greeting, connecting, engaging, leading, and answering practice members questions

· Promoting Chiropractic and health events

· New patient intake process before meeting with doctor

· Preparing the office schedule for the day, along with patient files

· Social media expertise or interest would be a perk, but not necessary.

Schedule:

Monday: 11-7pm

Tuesday: 12-7pm

Wednesday: 12-7pm

Thursday: 12-7pm
