Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual
Set up work orders and estimates
- Schedule appointments and maintain the appointment calendar
- Check-in patients and prepare necessary paperwork
- Verify information and collect amounts due, and process credit cards
- Prepare packets and work orders, invoices, and posting
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and faxes
- Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Front Desk area
Requirements:
- Previous experience is preferred
- Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in MS Office Suite, Quickbooks.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail for proofreading documents and maintaining accurate records
- Familiarity with phone systems and ability to handle multiple phone lines
- Ability to type accurately and efficiently

Pay: $10.00 - $12.00 per hour
Expected hours: 16 per week
