Union Chapel Dentistry/Auburn Family Dentistry is seeking someone to be a part of our team as the Front Desk Assistant.
Duties Include but aren't Limited to:
- Welcoming/Checking Patients Out
- Scheduling/Rescheduling/Canceling Appointments
- Verify Patients Insurance Eligibility
- Collect Payments for Services Delivered
- Efficiently and Accurately Answering Questions asked by Patients
- Employees are crossed trained for multiple positions in the office
Qualifications Job Type:
- Previous experience as a Front Office Associate, Dental Care Coordinator or as Dental Office Administrator will make you a good fit for this role.
- Ability to work in fast paced, patient-focused environment
- Interpersonal skills. Sometimes patients are in pain and/or mental stress. The Dental Receptionist should be patient and sensitive to patient emotions
- Outgoing personality with great communication skills required
Travel Between Auburn, IN and Fort Wayne, IN Locations
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
