What is your impact:
The Consultant will provide support for and manager components of the Care Business Planning process ensuring that initiatives are aligned to strategic priorities by coordinating with multifunctional teams across the Care Organization and engaging with Enterprise partners to ensure timely and accurate submission of Business Cases and performance reporting. Responsible for leading Care strategic initiatives through required OPET activities, including business case development, prioritization, audit, and submission; coordinating ongoing reforecasting exercises of funded initiatives, benefit realization validation and communication/reporting to Leadership and key stakeholders.
What are your key responsibilities:
Provide consultative support for the development of all Care Strategic business cases in partnership with Business Leads, Leadership, and supporting teams, complying with OPET requirements, ensuring completeness of content, including performance reporting of Initiatives moving through the OPET process from ideation through completion and validation.
Manage components of the coordination and maintenance of the HCS strategy, Business Plan, and associated processes. This includes providing guidance and support to leadership with updating standard templates, creating new templates, working with leaders to obtain information and/or status updates, and assisting with synthesizing collected data/information in PowerPoint reports and other reports as needed.
Obtaining reoccurring updates from departmental leaders related to monthly scorecard updates, bi-weekly/monthly work effort statuses/accomplishments, and other as-needed, adhoc updates for leadership.
Partner with Business Leads, Business Architects, and others in the development of business plans/business cases to ensure all critical factors are identified, considered, and properly accounted for; this includes but not limited to assisting with gathering financial data, ensuring eCBA includes all potential business and IT costs and benefits, etc.
Proactively establish and drive timelines, communicating effectively, coordinating with others, and maintaining strong peer relationships to ensure successful execution of Business Planning deliverables.
Acts with a clear sense of ownership, understands the supporting data and how it correlates to Business Plans, KPIs, etc. and displays confidence to speak on behalf/represent the business lead when applicable; Takes charge, knows what is needed or finds out, and moves forward with no guidance/prompting required.
Proactively creates and manages robust, organized, and specific project plans, tasks lists, forms lists, etc. that align to goals and objectives with no assistance. This includes Regular and timely milestone and project impact updates for purposes of regular Senior Leadership reports (e.g. WAVE)
Maintains frequent contact with internal partners to obtain and share information that assist them with influencing decisions, selling concepts, and/or providing advice and counsel that impacts business decisions and objectives.
Develops and builds internal partnerships to improve communication, coordination, collaboration and effective working relationships within own department and across the
Self-reliant and proactively engages with business leads when gaps are identified, or clarification is needed to facilitate and drive a resolution with no guidance/prompting required.
Compiles and communicates performance reporting for initiatives in the OPET process, including downloading data from WAVE, utilizing Excel tools, and Power Point with a regular cadence.
Provides consultative support on initiatives by monitoring, tracking and reporting strategic planning activities that have been entered in Enterprise platform (WAVE) including regular communication of Business Planning tasks including outstanding/upcoming deliverables and overall status to Business Leads.
Reports and communication activities for OPET and Strategic Business planning.
Distinguishes between important and unimportant details, recognizes inconsistencies between facts and/or data and resolves identified gaps, ensures alignment between business leads, finance, and WAVE/OPET, and draws correct inferences from information (includes differentiating, comparing, contrasting, linking, researching).
Serves as subject matter expert and mentors/coaches less experienced coworkers on the technical and interpersonal skills needed for effective job performance.
What is Required:
5+ years related work experience. Experience Details: Project Management
Related Bachelor’s degree or additional related equivalent work experience
Excel skills
Power Point skills
Solid communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills, comfortable speaking with multiple levels within a matrixed organization, including senior leaders
Experience and proven track record of effective project management

Annualized Salary Range: $80,800 - $131,300
Typical Annualized Hiring Range: $80,800 - $101,000
Final pay will be determined with consideration of market competitiveness, internal equity, and the job-related knowledge, skills, training, and experience you bring.
