Chiropractic office in Gainesville, VA is looking for a neat, dependable Front Desk Receptionist. We are seeking a professional, energetic, friendly, organized, people person who is able to multi-task and greet our patients. The office is well established and fast paced. Front desk experience is helpful, but not necessary. Experience with CHIROTOUCH a plus.

Essential duties and responsibilities will include but aren't limited to:

-Greeting patients and checking them in, confirming their insurance status and other details regarding forms of payment

-Managing the practice's schedule, making appointments for patients, determining when the chiropractor is available and confirming appointments to make sure patients are on time

-Collecting and processing payments from patients, must be able to effectively collect money

-Assist with the waiting room and office flow, taking care of patient needs before and after they receive care

-Answering the phones and addressing all patient questions and concerns, as well as excellent office and phone etiquette.

Work Environment:

-Time spent at the Front Desk of a chiropractic practice, you will be the first face patients see when they arrive in the office.

-Must be willing to interact with people on a constant basis

- Collaborative team player: additional shifts can be available, coverage is available

-Keeping office clean and presentable, doing cleaning throughout the day and night duties

Education and Experience:

-High School Diploma preferred

-Experience working with people, preferably in an office or medical office environment or customer service is a big plus

-High proficiency with computers and electronic communication preferred.

Hourly Wage: Based on experience

Hours/Week:

-Approximately 12- 18 hours/week

-Tentative schedule:

Mon / Tue/ Wed/ Thur / Fri / Sat 7:30AM -1:30 PM, other days PM (3 - 7) possible

-Works well for current Local college students or those with availability

-We will train all responsibilities.
