We are seeking a reliable and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our office, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate staff members
- Schedule appointments and manage the office calendar
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Assist with administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Provide general office support as needed
Skills:
- Previous experience working in a medical office or similar healthcare setting is preferred
- Excellent typing skills with a high level of accuracy
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle inquiries and resolve issues professionally
- Knowledge of medical terminology is an asset
- Attention to detail and strong proofreading skills
- Ability to transcribe information accurately
- Familiarity with office management procedures
