Job description

Business center seeking an upbeat Office Administrator/Billing Agent to join the team. Your duties will include assisting various departments in a fast paced office environment. The position will entail duties in customer property management, reception and admin. This includes general workings necessary to support the Operations manager and tenants.

Responsibilities:
- Interfacing with clients and tenants
- Secondary contact for interoffice issues and responsible for facilitating a solution
- Assist with office set-up, resource acquisition (phones, internet, etc) for new tenants
- Record and maintain office records for Tenants' charges for monthly billing
- Answering and screening telephone calls (Experience with multi-line phone system helpful)
- General administrative duties such as: scanning, filing and word processing
- Maintain office organization and supply inventory
- Manage internet marketing campaigns and create marketing materials
- Maintain upkeep of conference rooms, kitchen, and other common areas

Requirements:

- Must be able to multitask

- Proficiency in Excel, Microsoft Word, Outlook

- Adobe Acrobat

- Social Media Posting

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
