Qualifications:

Customer Service Expert: Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus.

Communication Master: Excellent communication and socialization skills to greet and engage with clients and team members to cultivate a warm and welcoming environment.

Time Management Pro: Organized with the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.

Technology Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office and overall comfortability with common computer software.

Professional Presence: Maintain a professional demeanor and attitude at all times.

Role Requirements:

Welcome and Connect: Answer phone calls with a warm and professional demeanor and greet showroom guests with enthusiasm to set the tone for their customer experience.

Facilitate Organization: Schedule customer appointments and expertly relay and document messages between clients and our sales team.

Connect the Dots: Create and distribute a personalized Spec Book for each customer once the sales team has submitted an approved customer order.

Support the Team: Work with the Director of Showrooms to schedule and execute weekly Product Knowledge training sessions to ensure our staff always has the latest information on all the products we proudly carry. Cross-train with both the Shipping & Customer Service teams to expand your knowledge and allow for backup coverage in those departments when needed.

Build Client Relationships: Elevate client interactions through personalized attention and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. Ensure each client feels not just attended to, but genuinely cherished. Become the linchpin that seamlessly connects clients to our exceptional sales team, enriching the overall experience and solidifying our commitment to unparalleled customer service.
