Job Summary

*Please note: This position is a full time job that requires the applicant to work in the office during our Monday through Friday 8:30-5:00 business hours. Remote or Work From Home is not available for this position.*
Responsibilities and Duties
- Answer all incoming phone lines within 2 rings and route to correct person. (6 incoming lines)
- Enthusiastically greet all walk in clients, vendors, company representatives and other visitors.
- Process and distribute (scanning and email) all mail to office
- Navigate and attach items into Agency Management system using required documentation guidelines.
- Process payments online to various companies.
- Update lender information and provide needed documents for lending institutions.
- Order supplies and distribute
- Accurately documents and attach all Underwriting memos, notices, renewals received by mail, email or fax into the Agency Management system.
- Maintains a concern for timeliness and attention to detail when interacting with customers, as well as when working with agency and company personnel to minimize the potential for error or omission claims.
- Maintain appearance and cleanliness of front reception desk area and office conference rooms
- Performs other functions as assigned by management.
Qualifications and Skills
- Ability to multi-task in a high interruption environment
- Attention to detail, very organized and ability to do multiple tasks at the same time.
- Digitally literate: Computer skills including Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, email, internet, digital office equipment.
- Ability to maintain positive, upbeat and very outgoing composure when interacting with all types of clients
- Must possess a positive, enthusiastic, “can do” attitude
- A commitment to providing clients with an outstanding customer service experience
- Committed to working in a collaborative team environment
- Strong attention to detail required
- Experience working in an insurance agency or similar is a bonus!
