SalaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and energic Front Desk Receptionist/Account Service Representative to join our team in Bridgeport, WV. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and will play a critical role in creating a welcoming and professional environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet clients as they arrive, answer phones, and schedule appointments.
- Actively work to fill schedule, reappoint cancellations, and keep track of rescheduling.
- Manage client check-in and check-out processes.
- Handle client inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
- Take ownership of the client experience.
- Prepare data, print proposals, and gather information in preparation of client meetings.
- Show flexibility and a willingness to go with the flow to make sure the client experience is always top priority.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
