Front Desk Receptionist

Daily Companions is looking for a Front Desk Receptionist for our Day Center Location.

Major Duties Include:

• Present at the Front Desk at ALL times.
• Responsible for all calls, incoming and messages.
• Responsible for incoming and outgoing mail.
• Managing inventory of supplies for the entire office.
• Managing documents and files.
• Operating a range of office machines such as photocopiers and computers.
• Scheduling and coordinating meetings, interviews, events, etc.
• Greeting guests and visitors.
• Responsible for scheduling usage of Conference Room
• Assisting in various daily operations and any other duties requested.

Minimum Requirements:

• Knowledge of all Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel and Publisher
• Excellent verbal communication phone skills
• Ability to relay messages accurately
• Very organized and detail oriented

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $10.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
