Dental Front Desk Receptionist

```Duties```

- Greet and welcome patients in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls as necessary
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and organizing documents
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Provide excellent customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area

```Requirements```

- Previous experience as a Front Desk Receptionist or in a similar role is preferred
basic accounting tasks
- Strong transcribing skills to accurately record information
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Attention to detail for proofreading documents and maintaining accuracy
- Experience as a dental receptionist or personal assistant is a plus
- Familiarity with office equipment such as printers, copiers, and fax machines
- Professional phone etiquette with the ability to handle calls politely and efficiently
