Greenbrier Audiology, Inc. is hiring a full time Patient Care Coordinator for our Beckley WV location. Previous Front Desk and reception experience required. Applications with less than 1 year applicable experience will not be considered.
Primary responsibilities include:
· Manage patient scheduling
· Insurance verifications & prior authorizations
· Maintain patient records
· Extensive Customer Service utilizing email, phone calls, and in-person interactions
Skills required:
· Demonstrated customer service experience
Exceptional data entry skills
· An ability to communicate verbally & in writing with utmost clarity.
· Proficiency with technology including electronic faxing and medical practice software
· Strong multitasking ability
Willingness to adapt to change
Pay is based on experience starting at $13 hour with opportunity for monthly bonuses. Pay will increase after successful completion of onboarding and probationary period.
We do not offer group health insurance. We currently offer a monthly health stipend designed to be use towards personal health Insurance and medical needs.

Position is full time, Monday-Friday 8:30-4:30 PM.
