Front Desk Receptionist

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual
- Manage the Front Desk area, ensuring it is clean and organized
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Provide information to visitors and callers about the organization and its services

Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in using phone systems and other office equipment
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling information
- Ability to maintain confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred, but not required

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and provide exceptional customer service. Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
