Primary duties of the Receptionist is being the first contact of the office. This includes greeting people as they walk in the door with a smile and hello, answering the phones professionally, taking patient information accurately, knowledge of insurance policies and scheduling appointments. The ability to prioritize work and handle a variety of tasks simultaneously, with frequent interruptions. Basic proficiency with a variety of computer programs such as Microsoft Office software. Ability to work with a wide variety of individuals and communicate effectively as part of a team is essential.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
