Receptionist/Front Desk

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Front Desk Agent. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for all visitors.

Duties:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries or direct calls to the appropriate department
- Handle guest requests and complaints promptly and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, order entry, and calendar management
- Collaborate with other office staff to ensure smooth operations

- Strong clerical skills with attention to detail
- Proficient in calendar management and office software applications
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
