Front Desk Receptionist

WRC, Inc. is seeking a courteous and professional individual to fill the receptionist position at our Work Services Building. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors, Monday through Friday, from 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. The primary responsibilities of this role include greeting guests, managing phone calls, and offering support to the HR and Program Services team.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• A completed employment application
• High School Diploma, Business College or other post-secondary degree
• Experience in related field with general knowledge of office procedures and computer equipment
• Ability to follow and give oral directions
• Ability to perform basic tasks such as creating simple documents, spreadsheets, or presentations.
• Ability to communicate effectively
• Ability to greet public in a friendly, inviting manner
• Ability to maintain composure under pressure

• Must be able to work flexible hours.

Pay: $10.00 - $13.00 per hour
