Growing ADHD specialty medical practice in Daphne has an immediate opening for an experienced and reliable Front Office person. Position includes some of the following: making patient appointments, answering phones, checking in/out patients, collecting balances, and answering medical insurance questions.

Requirements:
- The ideal candidate will be reliable and professional
- Interest/experience in ADHD preferred, please specify in cover letter
- Minimum of 1 year experience required in medical office
- Computer skills
- Candidate MUST be able to multi-task and have excellent customer service skills
- Professional demeanor
- Needs to be self-motivated and able to work independently as well as a team player
- Full time, Monday-Thursday 7:30am-5:30pm

- Insurance verification
- Scheduling
- EHR/EMR experience
