Front Desk Receptionist

We are seeking a highly organized and personable individual to join our team as a Front Desk Receptionist at SmileSolution Dental Implant Center. This position plays a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to our patients and staff. Our office focuses on life changing treatment for patients that are in the process of losing their teeth through the use of dental implants.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
• Manage appointments, schedule follow-ups, and coordinate with dental staff
• Answer phone calls, emails, and inquiries regarding treatments and appointments
• Maintain patient records accurately and ensure confidentiality
• Assist in administrative tasks such as billing, insurance verification, and data entry
• Collaborate with the dental team to ensure smooth patient flow and excellent service delivery
• Maintain a clean and organized Front Desk area
• Manage office supplies and inventory
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
• Assist with special projects as assigned

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a receptionist or customer service role, preferably in a healthcare or dental setting
• Strong communication skills and the ability to multitask effectively
• Proficiency in basic computer applications and scheduling software
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures is a plus
• A professional and courteous demeanor with a focus on patient care

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
