Front Desk Receptionist / Spa Coordinator

Cloud 9 Salon & Spa is looking for a Front Desk Receptionist/Spa Coordinator to join our team in Florence, KY.

Job Summary:

The Receptionist will be responsible for providing a warm, welcoming, and professional atmosphere to all guests, from the moment they enter Cloud 9 until their departure. The ideal candidate will be customer service oriented with excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:

*Scheduling appointments by phone
*Managing a cash till and balancing sales each morning & evening
*Computer skills required
*Escorting clients into the spa for treatment

*Attention to detail for great customer service*

Part-time position / flexible availability required!!

Availability needed -Tuesday, Thursday and 2 -3 Saturdays a month CLOSED SUNDAYS
