We are looking for a friendly, hard-working, and dependable receptionist for our new veterinary hospital. We would prefer someone with veterinary hospital or receptionist experience, however, it is not a requirement. Some of the duties will be, but are not limited to:
- Provide customer service such as greet customers, answer questions, process incoming patients, and handle payments.
- Answer phone calls, which may involve answering questions and screening and scheduling appointments.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail
- Update and file patient charts.
- Enter data into a computerized billing program.
- Retrieve prescriptions.
- Assist with pet supply purchases such as pet food, supplements, and grooming items.
- Maintain the cleanliness of the waiting room.
*Starting wage is dependent on experience*
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $11.00 per hour

Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
- Veterinary Hospital: 1 year (Preferred)
- Receptionist: 1 year (Preferred)
