We are particularly seeking weekday openers for the 5:30 am shifts Mon-Fri.
Job Summary:
Ensures the best possible member and guest satisfaction through a welcoming friendly and positive manner; accurately manages point-of-sale transactions; and responds to member and guest inquiries in person and via phone. Communicates and works well with others.
The ideal candidate will have a friendly and easy-going personality while providing an excellent and efficient customer service experience.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Welcoming and engaging members and guests
- Address member concerns in a professional manner
- Balance cash drawer accurately after each shift
- Deliver outstanding customer service in a friendly, polite, and diplomatic manner
- Promptly and accurately direct all telephone inquiries
- Learn and maintain a working knowledge of JCC departments and procedures
- All other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Timely and Reliable
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Efficient, well-organized, and able to handle a variety of duties simultaneously
- Professionalism in all areas
- Energetic, enthusiastic, and motivated
- Basic computer skills
The JCC is located at 3600 Dutchmans Lane, onTARC routes 23 and 40x.
Job Type: Part-time
Salary: $14 per hour
