SalaryLooking for a hard working individual to join our team in a state of the art office in South Reno.
Self-motivated, enthusiastic, out-going, happy person needed to assist in providing exceptional care to our patients each and every visit. Must have great communication skills, excel in customer service, ability to multi-task, a pleasant and professional manner with patients and a high level of attention to detail.
Our ideal candidate is quick to adapt, reliable, able to meet set goals, maintains a positive, constructive attitude and strives to contribute to the team effort. Must be able to handle typical Front Desk duties such as greeting and registering patients, answering and managing incoming calls, scheduling and confirming appointments, managing patient records, collecting and processing payments, insurance knowledge, checking insurance eligibility. Position rotates between check in and check out.
Hours: 38-40 hours a week. Monday - Thursday and half day Friday. No weekends.
Wage is based on skills and experience. Previous Medical, Dental, or Vision experience preferred but not required.
