Responsibilities:
-NEEDS TO SPEAK SPANISH
-we acquire Hundreds of leads per month to be contacted right away and convice the customer to purchase a vehicle
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication and follow-up
-handling all incoming calls & administrative duties as well as working closely with customers.
- Work closely with sales and service associates following through on all internet leads, and phone calls on a daily basis.
- Self Motivated individuals.
- Pleasant customer service with great people skills.
- Must be able to handle a fast paced environment.
Minimum Qualifications
- Must be able to effectively complete tasks in a deadline-driven environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organization with great attention to detail.
- Self Motivated individuals.
- Must have an energetic phone personality and be able to handle irate customers.
- Must be able to work full-time hours, some nights, Saturdays, and/or Sundays..
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $23.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
