Front Desk Receptionist (Part-Time)

Job Overview:
We are seeking a friendly and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our office, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth operations. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be proficient in Google Suite, and have experience managing calendars and phone systems.

Duties:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct calls to the appropriate person
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and photocopying
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Provide information to clients or visitors as needed

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar role is preferred
- Proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and calendar management
- Excellent phone etiquette and strong communication skills
- Knowledge of basic office procedures and equipment
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience working in a medical or dental office is a plus
