Celeste Brain Health is a small medical practice in Charlotte, NC. We are looking for a part time Front Desk Receptionist for our Charlotte office. This will be Monday-Tuesday-Wednesday (3 days per week) 8-hour in-office work (not remote work). There will be future growth opportunity. Prior medical experience is a plus (not requirement). Starting compensation will be based on experience and number of responsibilities taken. No health or retirement benefits.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate team member
- Provide accurate information to callers and visitors regarding our medical practice
- Perform general clerical duties, such as filing, photocopying, and faxing
- Manage the reception area, ensuring it is clean and organized
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for staff members
- Assist with data entry tasks as needed
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
Skills:
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Strong administrative and organizational skills
- Proficient in file management and record keeping
- Ability to manage calendars effectively
- Accurate data entry skills with attention to detail
- Familiarity with Front Desk operations and procedures
- Previous experience as a medical receptionist or in a clerical role is a plus
