Paws and Spa Grooming is looking for dedicated professionals to join our team. We are committed to creating a fun and modern environment in our family-owned business. This position is for an outgoing, customer service professional for our fast-paced Front Desk. We are a state-of-the-art dog spa facility located in the heart of Centreville.
As the face of Paws and Spa, your primary responsibility is to provide excellent customer service to our pet parents and ensure the safety of their furry loved ones. We are looking for responsible, dependable people as this position is an integral part of our team.
Administrative and clerical duties include meeting and greeting customers, checking customers in as they arrive for their scheduled appointments, scheduling reservations, accepting payments, cleaning of grooming and reception areas, assist in monitoring dog safety, and assisting other team members as requested (you could be asked to assist with lifting dogs up towards 100 pounds).
