About the Position
The Receptionist responsible for answering calls, relaying them to the appropriate department, and greeting in-person customers. The position plays a key role in delivering on D&S' promise of exceptional customer experience.
This is a full-time opportunity that works during the 7:45 am - 5:30 pm time frame, Monday through Friday. The Receptionist will report to the Collision Center Manager and pay will commensurate with the chosen candidate's experience.
Essential Job Functions
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate person, department or location
- Provide basic information in-person and over the phone
- Greet all in-person customers with a friendly demeanor
- Assist with the coordination of customer rental cars
- Maintain safe and clean reception area, including showroom pens and marketing materials
- Maintain and keep inventory of coffee, water and bathroom supplies in customer waiting area
- Order office supplies and keep inventory of stock
- Assist Collision Center Service Representative with preparing vehicle drop-off files and work authorization forms
- Assist the Accessory Department by sending out Google Review requests
- Assist customers with tows
- Assist staff with company-hosted events as assigned
- Other duties and special assignments as assigned
Minimum Requirements
- 2+ years of related experience
- Experience handling multiple lines at once preferred
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license and ability to pass background and credit check
- Ability to handle confidential information
- Punctual and dependable attendance
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
