**Duties:**

- Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner

- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate department or individual

- Coordinate and schedule appointments.

- Manage office supplies and inventory

- Call and verify insurance

-Financial arrangements for patients

**Skills:**

-Dentrix Experience preferred

-Attention to details

- Strong multitasking skills

- Familiarity with office procedures and equipment, including phone systems

- Experience in scheduling patients

We are seeking a reliable and organized individual to join our team as a Front Desk Receptionist. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
