Front Desk Receptionist

The main missions for the role of Front Desk Receptionist at White River Dental, LLC include:

- Offer all patients coffee and/or water while they wait for their appointment.

- Throughout the day be sure to keep the coffee bar clean and fully stocked. 

- Throughout the day, clean and pick-up the waiting room and kid’s room.

- Present treatment plans.

- Process treatment plans correctly according to the insurance provider with the correct fee schedule.

- Upon patient arrival if not already completed, have each patient complete the required paperwork and consent forms.

- Do inspects on all patients prior to appointment.

- Print med history for all next day patients.

- Go through appointments to make sure all patients are walked out correctly and appointment totals add up. Be sure to adjust anything that may need fixed.

- Make sure all insurances are verified and all service histories are completed before the patient is brought back for appointment.

- Get bank deposit ready at the end of the night.

- Run End of Day after the last service has been applied to the account.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
