Location: Travel between office locations may be required as needed.
CORE FUNCTIONS
- Greeting patients and visitors to the office
- Answer and address incoming calls and voicemail
- Answering patient inquiries or referring questions to other staff members.
- Schedule/confirm patient appointments with an Audiologist upon the provider's availability, ensuring patient satisfaction
- Verify insurance coverage.
- Collect and post patient payments.
- Perform general office duties, such as document preparation, scanning, faxing, mailing, and filing. Including data entry of numerical and alpha sequences
- Prepare daily financial balancing.
- Help maintain inventory supplies; notify the supervisor when running low.
- Navigate and utilize multiple software without assistance.
- Must always represent the practice professionally, pleasantly, and cooperatively.
- Maintain regular attendance and adhere to assigned work schedules and office policies.
Performs other related duties as necessary or assigned by management.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
