Senior It Vendor Management Analyst

• Serve as the go-to person for handling contracts and invoices, making sure everything adds up and stays within budget.

• Negotiate contracts for procurement and payment with vendors to get the hardware and software we need.

• Maintain a catalog of all IT assets, from computers to software licenses.

• Audit software to identify potential process improvements and to ensure license compliance.

• Dig into the data to find efficiencies for invoicing, assets and procurement processing.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.

• Prior relevant procurement experience preferred.

• Ability to communicate effectively with IT employees, executive leaders and vendors.

• Demonstrated experience using MS 365 products, Service Now and Oracle EBS.
