Job Summary:
Works at the Front Desk area of the office to greet visitors and answer incoming calls. Assists office staff with assigned tasks, including data entry and document scanning.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors
- Answer all incoming calls and direct them to the proper employee
- Scan invoices and payables
- Update and Scan items to employee personnel files
- Data entry
- Assist Accounting Department with other duties assigned
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 6 months of previous office experience required
- Must be Bilingual in Spanish
- Strong organization and multi-task abilities; able to effectively prioritize work and consistently meet deadlines
- Attention to detail, accuracy, and follow-through
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to handle sensitive situations and maintain confidentiality
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office Suite
