Job Summary: We are seeking a friendly and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our office, you will greet visitors, handle incoming calls, and provide general administrative support. The ideal candidate has experience working in a dental or medical office setting and possesses excellent customer service skills. Duties: - Welcome and greet patients, visitors, and vendors in a professional and friendly manner - Answer incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual - Schedule appointments and maintain the office calendar - Collect patient information and update records in the electronic filing system - Assist with filing, scanning, and organizing documents - Type correspondence, memos, and other office-related materials - Provide exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly - Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed - Assist with other administrative tasks as assigned Requirements: - Previous experience working in a dental or medical office preferred - Strong clerical skills with proficiency in file management and typing - Knowledge of office management systems and procedures - Excellent customer service skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure - Familiarity with phone systems and ability to handle multiple phone lines - Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail - Proficient in using computer software such as Microsoft Office Suite We offer competitive pay based on experience.
