Job Description:
We are currently seeking a part-Time Dispatcher to join our team. The dispatcher will be responsible for coordinating schedules, communicating with future clients, and ensuring timely completion of home improvement projects.
Responsibilities:
- Schedule and dispatch service calls and projects
- Communicate with clients to confirm appointments and provide updates
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns promptly
Requirements:
- Previous experience in dispatching or scheduling preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in computer systems and software
- Knowledge of home improvement industry is a plus
