Superior Boat Repair & Sales is an authorized Nautique, Barletta Pontoon, and Regal dealership serving the greater Sacramento, Lake Tahoe, and Northern California areas. The receptionist / Sales Assistant is our front line to our customers, whose job is to answer all telephone inquiries in a friendly, courteous manner, directing caller to the appropriate receiver and assists customers as otherwise needed. Additionally, assist the sales department with business development and reports for management.
JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Greets customers
· Answers phone and walk-in inquiries promptly and courteously
· Distributes calls to appropriate contacts
· Maintains sales & marketing reports – daily , weekly & monthly
· Takes messages as necessary
· Make coffee each morning & offer customers coffee or bottled water
· Maintain beverage station & help with company lunches
· Keep brochures & literature stocked & ready
· Cleans bathroom, removes office trash on a daily basis
· Mail brochures & literature to customers
· Make sure showroom is clean & organized & help with merchandising pro shop
· Escorts customers to appropriate departments and/or personnel as required
· Helps with miscellaneous sales & marketing projects
· Performs other business support duties as assigned
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
