Our flourishing private practice, established 2021, is seeking to fulfill the position of Front Desk Receptionist. We aim to provide tailored care to the community as our patient base grows by cultivating an atmosphere unique to independently owned businesses. We service the Greater Chicago area with a mission to continually stand apart from major healthcare chains and hospitals. As a client-facing position, the ideal candidate must project these core values sincerely and consistently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour

Schedule:

Day shift (hours vary based on clinic schedule)

Saturday availability required

Duties include, but not limited to:

Managing phone calls and organizing online bookings
Spearheading any non-clinical efforts to manage smooth operations
Assisting with collecting payments and scheduling patients

Verifying insurance and prepping related documents for billing submission

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Every weekend
