Key Responsibilities:
Greet clients with a warm and friendly attitude, making them feel welcomed and comfortable from the moment they step into our salon.
Manage incoming phone calls and appointment bookings with efficiency and professionalism.
Respond to voicemails and emails throughout your shift, and making sure every message left behind by a client is addressed.
Coordinate schedules and ensure seamless communication between clients and stylists.
Provide accurate information about our salon services and pricing in order to assist clients in making informed choices.
Handle financial transactions, including processing payments and managing cash register operations.
Requirements:
Excellent multitasking skills to handle various tasks simultaneously, such as answering calls, managing appointments, and assisting clients.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with clients and team members.
A friendly and approachable demeanor with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Proficiency in computer systems and salon management software is a plus.
Flexibility to work evenings and weekends, catering to our clients' diverse schedules.
