SalaryA private-owned General Dental Practice is looking for a Receptionist for a part time position in our well established office. We train all new employees. We are looking for an open minded receptionist that is willing to learn new things. Dependable, hardworking and friendly are a must. If you meet these criteria, we would love to hear from you.
Qualifications:
- Dental Office Receptionist experience
- Insurance verification
- Some Dental Assistant experience is a plus
- Working knowledge of Dentrix is a plus.
- Experience with Treatment Coordinating is preferred but not required.
- Great stamina and attention to detail
- Positive attitude and ability to work in a team environment.
- Great communication skills/ phone skills
Responsibilities Include:
- Answering phones
- Scheduling appointments
- Treatment planning (training is available)
- Light Dental Assisting if needed but not mandatory
- Lead patients to treatment rooms, and make them feel welcomed
- Confirming Appointments, reviewing Treatment plans, collecting finances, etc.
Office Hours:
Monday and Wednesday: 9:00am to 6:00pm
Thursday: 10:00am to 7:00pm
Once a month on Saturday half day.
