Front Desk Receptionist

Cook Family Dentistry is looking for a motivated, energetic and skilled Front Desk Receptionist. We see patients 7:30-3:30 Monday through Thursday with some Fridays, giving you greater flexibility in the evenings with your family. We hope you can bring your excellent customer service skills to our team.

Your responsibilities will include: checking in patients, answering multi-lined phones, filing insurance claims, produce & present treatment plans, maintaining doctor and hygiene schedules, verifying insurance benefits, collecting payments, etc. There is a possible opportunity to cross train as a dental assistant/floater.

Previous experience with Eaglesoft is a plus, but not required. One year Front Desk experience is a plus, but not required. Pay is based on experience.
