Events Manager

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

You will devise strategies, plans, budgets, and be accountable for executing the event from end to end. We are looking for enthusiastic candidates with excellent organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills. This person will work independently and will need to pivot quickly as priorities shift.

• Creating and optimizing event plans that align with revenue and partner organization’s priorities and goals
• Managing all aspects of events from pre-event planning, on-site execution, and post-event analysis
• Promoting events, booth build, speaking engagement, on-site meeting, swag creation, cocktail reception, and hosted ancillary events
• Building and managing event reporting based on KPIs, including return on investment and various marketing and sales matrix
• Owning and managing event budget, PO creation, and invoice handling
• Sourcing, evaluating, and negotiating with vendors and partners to ensure seamless execution of events
