• Must be able to work under pressure and in a fast paced environment
• Answer phone calls and emails
• Schedule appointments according to provider calendars appropriately
• Verify patient insurance on a daily basis
• Collect co-pays and overdue patient account balances
• Inform patient of account changes or information needed.
• Send and Receive patient intake forms and any other required documents
• Handle cash payments and petty cash
• Call and confirm patient appointments
• Send fax, emails and other correspondences
• Must be willing to travel to Hoke county location

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Computer Skills: 1 year (Preferred)
