SalaryCustomer Service Excellence:
- Greet and welcome guests in a warm and professional manner.
- Effectively communicate salon/spa services, promotions, and policies to guests.
- Handle inquiries, schedule appointments, and assist with any guest concerns or issues.
Appointment Management:
- Efficiently manage the appointment schedule
- Coordinate with service providers to ensure smooth scheduling and minimize downtime.
- Manage the daily schedule to ensure accuracy as the day adjusts.
Administrative Tasks:
- Maintain accurate guest records and update information as necessary.
- Process transactions accurately and handle cash, credit card, and other payment methods.
- Manage inventory of retail products and assist with sales as needed.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 50 per week

Experience:
- Nail salon receptionist: 1 year (Preferred)

- Scottsdale, AZ: Relocate before starting work (Required)
